    How far in advance can I fill my prescriptions?
    Most insurance companies will allow a prescription to be refilled 2-3 days early on a 30-day supply and 5-7 days on a 90-supply.

    Can other people pick up my prescriptions for me?
    Yes, other people may pick up your prescription as long as you give us permission.

    Do you deliver?
    Yes, we have free local delivery.

    Do you fill prescriptions for patients in nursing homes?
    Yes, we fill prescriptions for nursing home patients and also offer free delivery.

    Can I get a 90 day supply if my prescription is written for a 30 day supply?
    Yes. However, we would need to call your doctor and ask for a modification to your prescription. Ultimately, it would be up to your doctor.

    Can you provide a printout of all of my family’s medications.
    Yes. We typically do this at the end of the year for all of our patients or upon request from any patient at any time.

    My insurance provider has informed me that I must use a mail order pharmacy. Can they require this?
    You have the right to use whatever pharmacy you want. However, the recommended mail order pharmacy will sometimes offer a lower price based on the contract they have with your insurance provider. We can provide a price for each prescription to see if we can meet the mail order pricing. Each prescription is different.
